All my services are bespoke to suit your requirements. Fees will be discussed, and put in writing after the initial consultation with the Client, and confirmation of the level of services necessary for the project.
Consulting
Following our initial conversation, if you should wish to proceed with my Consultancy / Advisory services they will be charged either on a monthly retainer, for a minimum of 3 months, or can be charged at a daily rate.
NB All monthly retainer additional work will be charged at a daily rate.
Operational
At times a business may require additional support with their Company, and I am happy to be operational within the organisation for a period of time. This can be on a monthly retainer for a minimum period of 3 months. The level of support and requirements will be agreed at the initial conversation stage.

Project Management
Experienced in Retail Developments, Rebranding, and Restructures, I can offer support within your business to ensure a smooth operation for your business, employees and customer. Each Project will be discussed in detail, with a clear brief and final action plan delivered. Costs will be project specific, and discussed at confirmation meeting.
Pricing Fees
All my pricing fees are based upon the initial consultation with my Client, as to the work requirement specified.
At times, throughout a project it is inevitable that changes will occur, and this can impact the amount of time spent or required on specific workloads. If this situation arises, it will be. brought to the Clients attention and will be discussed and a revised timeline produced with the Client.

I do not profess to be a website designer or developer, but can offer a start up site for many businesses, similar to the website I have compiled for my own business.
I can provide details of sites I have completed for some of my clients, if required.

Branding
Had fun working on this project with my client Kieran, he had a current logo, and branding for his company, but wanted something a little more in line with what reflected his vision for the brand, prior to launching his first event. We worked together on a variety of options, and came up with the Green P for precision, as this was the keyword focus he wanted to reflect, and the blue tubing is a symbol of the journey that the company and clients will follow.
We then worked on his programme for the event and numerous presentations. We have now produced a presentation template that he can use on all future presentations, keeping consistency across his brand.
The importance of keeping a Brand Identity is important for your business and audience awareness of who you are. It is advisable to use the same font and colour hex to ensure consistency.

Logo Design
Image
On designing a logo it is imperative to make sure the logo image represents what you are promoting. It needs to be clear, and the font needs to be legible. Do not over state the font, keep it to a minimum. Make the image the focal point and the wording secondary, as it is the logo image that will represent your brand and become the image of your business.
Identity
The image I chose here was based on the fact the key factor was based around property, whether the development of or the investment basis. The colours complemented the image and the black background made it more of a focus. Some logos are better with a background, where as others can work in transparency mode very well.
Social Posts and Presentations
One of the areas I tend to work a lot on is on presentations and Socials either with Clients or on behalf of Clients. This includes company pitch decks for sales or investment. Again, I try to work around a key theme, and for socials I include awareness days and key events.
Property Development
I have recently set up my new venture business in Property Investment & Development, and now have a CPD Accreditation on Building Wealth through Property, which I am continuing to enhance my knowledge with Touchstone Education.
As well as Retail Management, I also have a wealth of experience in Property Development, this has been on Residential, Hospitality and Large Scale Commercial Development.
