I have over 25 years Retail Management experience, working within Blue Chip Companies, both in the UK and Internationally. My experience covers many areas of Retail Development, Sales, Building Projects, and Store Layout, plus much more... I always had a passion of tackling poor performing stores and areas, and gaining the satisfaction of delivering results that ended in profitability. 

My experience later took me to do Property Developments of my own, both Commercial and Residential, working with Planners, Architects, and Contractors. I loved getting out there in my hard hat and steel toe boots!! I am still working on 2 Property Developments now as a bit of a hobby in my spare time.

I also set up my own online Retail Business in Ladies Accessories, but I let it go following the pandemic, like many other businesses, people were not requiring certain products within the market, as nobody was venturing far. It was a fun project to do though! 

I am now working with my own Consultancy Business, and I am experienced within all aspects of Business Development, supporting on an advisory basis, start up and under performing businesses. I have the proven knowledge and ability of establishing and successfully setting up a new business, delivering excellent growth. I have delivered Multi Million pound projects, both in the Retail Industry and Residential Property Development. 

My attention to detail is second to none, and the work I deliver is always of the highest standard, with the strong work ethic I also posess.

I love Business... and love to be able to share my experiences with people, and to be able to help others succeed to deliver their dream, through my skills to develop a Team with positivity, and my passionate drive to succeed.
