What I can do
The first step I take is to do an analysis of your business, so that I can see how it operates, how you structure your business, and what are your outgoings as well as sales. I may challenge some of your business choices, so that I can be clear on your reasoning, and may suggest alternative more cost effective or practical methods of operation. There are varying segments that I will review, not all may be applicable to your business, and so it will always be tailor made for each Client.
How I review your Business
I like to review the business in sections, so as to gain a clear and full understanding of your operation, and target market.
Analysis
I will start with a look at your business, what systems and structure you have in place. How you are currently running your Business, and are you getting the results you deserve... What additional knowledge or support levels you need to succeed.
Sales
Performance
Review your sales performance, are you where you wanted to be with your Sales? Are you maximising every opportunity? Have you identified who are your target market? Where are you currently retailing, and promoting your business.
5 Year Forecast
Do you have your 5 year forecast completed? How are you performing against your initial budget? Let's take a look at it, and set a realistic goal, taking into account recent trends and changes within your business, and the local markets.
Marketing Plan
Have you planned ahead, and does this document reflect alongside your 5 year forecast? Are you maximising your potential on the right platforms? Are you targeting your correct audience?
Business Plan
Once I have a clear 5 Year Forecast and Marketing Plan in place, I can then build your Business Plan. At this point we would have established together your goals and also requirements for moving your business forward, and the support required to strengthen your business foundations. Once this is completed, you will have the information to discuss further opportunities with Financial Organisations too.
Action Plan
After reviewing all of the above areas, I will relay all of my findings and recommendations, and prepare a clear action plan to move the business forward. This can then be regularly reviewed and used to monitor progress, and used as a working document for growing your business.
